baba8 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the baba8 platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and us.
Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the baba8 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of this platform ("you", "member"). By registering an account on baba8 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. baba8 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility and Age Requirement

- You will manage the account on your own behalf and for personal purposes, not on behalf of anyone else.

- Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Registration of accounts by minors is strictly prohibited. baba8 may request identity documents at any time for age verification. We reserve the right to close an account immediately if false information is provided.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 — Registration Process
To create an account on baba8 you must provide accurate personal information, contact details and your preferred payment method. The user bears full responsibility for all information provided at the time of registration.
3.2 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 — Account Verification
baba8 may conduct account verification (KYC) at any time. You may be asked to provide identity documents such as a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 — Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on baba8 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposit amounts will be added to your account after proper verification.
4.2 — Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to deposit.

4.3 — Transaction Restrictions
- Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, the account balance may be frozen.
- baba8 reserves the right to take necessary verification steps to prevent money laundering.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The minimum deposit to receive this bonus is ৳500.
5.2 — Wagering Requirements
Winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable after completing 25 times (25x) wagering on the combined total of the bonus amount and the deposit amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets.
5.3 — General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- If a bonus offer is not used within the specified period after it is issued, it will be cancelled.
- Bonuses will not be issued to multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address.
- If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
- baba8 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer.
VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards
By playing regularly on baba8 you can advance through our VIP program. The VIP program has five tiers in total, with the weekly cashback benefit increasing at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement is determined based on gaming activity and platform engagement. Detailed rules regarding the specific benefits and cashback payments for each VIP tier are published separately. baba8 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
Prohibited Activities and Terms of Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baba8 platform:
- Providing fraudulent, false or misleading information.
- Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots or automated methods.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities.
- Participating in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to harass, intimidate or defraud other users of the platform.
- Attempting to attack, hack or damage the technical infrastructure of the platform.
If any prohibited activity is detected, baba8 may immediately suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.
Gameplay and Fair Play Policy
All game outcomes on the baba8 platform are determined using impartial random number generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. We work with trusted game providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Evolution Gaming.
8.1 — Bet Cancellation and Technical Issues
If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical issue, baba8 will review that session and provide an appropriate resolution. If an error occurs in a game provider's system, the right is reserved to declare the result of that game void.
8.2 — Maximum Win Limit

13.2 — Closure by baba8
baba8 reserves the right to close any account immediately in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.
